By downloading, accessing, or using Actual Budget Savings Tracker ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Description of Service

Actual Budget Savings Tracker is a personal finance management application that helps users:

• Track income and expenses
• Set and monitor budgets
• Establish savings goals
• View financial insights
• Manage multiple currencies
• Receive smart notifications to stay on track

All data is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of your financial data
• Backing up your data regularly
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overload our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Notifications

The App provides optional local notifications to help you manage your finances effectively:

• All notifications are processed locally on your device
• No notification data is sent to external servers
• You must grant permission for notifications to work
• You can customize or disable notifications at any time
• Notification types include: weekly summaries, bill reminders, budget alerts, and savings milestones

By enabling notifications, you agree to receive these alerts based on your preferences.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All data is stored in your private iCloud container
• We do not access, view, or store your personal data
• Data is encrypted by Apple's platform-level security
• You control all your data through iCloud settings

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevOrbitLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
• All defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The financial calculations will be 100% accurate in all scenarios

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevOrbitLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Financial Advice Disclaimer

Important: Actual Budget Savings Tracker is a tool for personal finance management. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
